Your Flex Card can only be used to purchase items or services outlined in the Evidence of Coverage and/or the Member Guide you received with your card. For example, just because Uber accepts Flex Cards in general does not mean that they will be able to accept our Flex Card as we do not currently have a transportation benefit.
