Yes! You can go to MAFlexCard.com or call 1-800-971-6798 (TTY 711) 8-8 M-F to report your lost or stolen card. Since the new card will have a new number, the member may need to update any auto-payment mechanisms they’ve set up. They will receive their card within seven to ten business days.
