Signing up for your online account only takes a few minutes. Just go to MAFlexCard.com. Then click Register Here on the Member Login screen. You’ll be asked for your:
- BCBSMA Member ID (enter your entire Member ID exactly how it appears on your Member ID card)
- Date of birth (enter it in this format: MM/DD/YYYY)
- Current email address
- Current phone number (enter numbers only — no dashes)
You’ll then be asked to create a unique username and password for your account. Once you’ve done this, you can log in 24/7 to:
- Check your card balances
- Get a digital copy of our OTC Catalog If applicable
- Order select OTC items
- Track your orders
- View your order history
- Manage your Flex Card account
