How do I activate my card?

You must activate your card before you can use it. You can do these two ways:

• Call 1-800-971-6798 (TTY 711) 8-8 M-F. Then select. You’ll be asked for your card number and the card expiration date.
• Log in to MAFlexCard.com or the myTotal Benefits app. Click My Account. Then select Manage Card from the dropdown menu.
