Members can go to MAFlexCard.com or call 1-800-971-6798 (TTY 711) 8-8 M-F to get a live person to help them with this issue. We will have you send a receipt for the expense and we will cut the member a check, provided you have sufficient funds in your purse and it is an allowed expense.
